Optisch klares Gold, in der Nase Getreide, etwas plädderich, metallisch. Im Trunk Karamell, malzig, Getreide, bittersüß, okay.

Maxlrainer Festbier, Flasche von Ambrosetti. - Altgold, blank. - In der Nase fast schon bockbierartig sattes Malz, zart toastig, karamel- und fein vanillesüß, deutliche Butter und milde aber angenehme hopfenwürzig-orangenfruchtige Hopfung. - Antrunk etwas plump malzschwer und karamelsüß mit Anklängen an Honig; die herbale Hopfung ist angenehm aber arg zahm, trotz runder Orangensüße. Zu wenig vollmundig. Im Abgang nachhallende Süße und milde, von Orange bestimmte Hopfung. - Brauchbar aber etwas zu zahm. (28.1.2024.)

Bottle. Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is caramel, some grainy, grassy and mild green apples to it. Flavour is floral, grassy, grainy and mild herbal tones with some mild toasted malty tones too.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, consumed at home had this Tuesday 28th March 2023. Pours mid gold, decent clarity, white head. Slight maltiness on the nose. Sweet in the mouth, not a lot going on here, malty and sweet are the main things to report.

0,5 l bottle. Clear dark golden with a nice nearly two finger white foamy head. Grassy caramel smell. Taste is more on the caramel side, some malt, little bit grassy, some bitter hop. Okay.

Bottle. Clear golden color with off-white head. Aroma is sweet papery malts, sweet. Taste is the same. Very sweet and boring. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Meh.

13.06.2018 -- 0.5l bottle from marktkauf, bb 16.06.2018. pours a clear golden with a frothy head. aroma of sweet malts, spices, booze. flavour of sweet malts, bread, and booze. it does have a touch of a strong lager, but is still drinkable. 03.02.2019 -- (bb 25.09.2019) phenolic touch in the aroma turns me down.

Flaske 500ml fra Schönefeldt Flyplass. Delt med Rune på rom 312 Elite Adlon Stockholm 17 Jan 18. Gylden. Lavt skum. Litt lacing. Karamellaroma. Smaken malt & krydder med hint av søte nøtter. Bra juleøl.
