German-style Pilsner brewed with floor malted German Pilsner malt, Tettnang & Mittelfruh whole cone hops, and fermented with legendary Augustiner yeast. Spunded & horizontally lagered for six weeks. Elegant presentation, gorgeous Noble-hop aromatics, and finishes crisp with an assertive, yet refined bitterness.

On tap at Roscoeβs, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is very subdued, with gentle grassy hops and dry cerealy malt. Flavour is driven by cereal malt, very low hop content, and a dry biscuity finish. Unassuming, drinkable, forgettable.

Can, 4 weeks old. Pale golden color with white head. Aroma is farty sulphur, a bit too much unfortunately. Taste is earthy old world hops, a bit grassy, crackery malts, a little bit sweet, but nice taste. Oily mouthfeel, sparkly carbonation. Solid, but the aroma is a bit too farty here.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 15 or 19, 2021. Aroma is fairly grain forward and malty with light bread notes. Medium light herbal, earthy and spicy hop notes. Faint alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, brilliant gold with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers in larger clumps on the edges. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light grain and malt notes. Medium bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Light herbal, woody, spicy hop notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid pilsner with solid malt notes and quite a bit of hop character.
