This is a blend of multiple different beers, barrel sizes and spirit types. We blended oat wine, spelt wine, rye wine, maple barleywine and imperial stout. Barrel types were a brandy puncheon, calvados barrel, bourbon barrel, rye whiskey barrel and a few 15 gallon whiskey barrels.

750ml bottle @ Pien, Helsinki. Heavy with barrel notes, vanilla, roastiness and syrup, green apples, some barley wineish notes too. A bit stingy and heavy with calvados notes, but still okay.

No head, low carb, medium body, oily. Sweet and boozy. Bourbon, some cinnamon, raisins, a bit of toffee. A touch of dry roast and a bit of heat in the finish. Very nice.
