This golden beer poured clear with a stable tight white head. The aroma was tropical hop, predominantly pineapple with passion fruit and mango. The tropical characteristics continued in to the flavour with a robust hop bitterness, a low malt sweetness and medium carbonation. The result was a crisp tropical summer ale with a refreshing dry finish – perfect to serve cool on a hot day.

19/11/2021. Cask at the Harwich & Dovercourt Bay Winter Ale Festival 2021. Pours clear bright orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is dank, hoppy, tropical, pineapple, yeast, touch of blue cheese. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tart edge. Moderate body, slightly oily texture, soft carbonation. Interesting.
