Draught, taster. @Letraría craft Beer Library, Braga (Portugal). 11/10/2020 [#3.585 Global - #188 Portugal - #5 Opo74 Brewing Co.] Clear amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma is caramellized malts, soft candy, berries and soft toffee. Taste is also berries, caramel and toffee. Medium bodied. Next one please!

Taster at Letraria Braga. Almost clear, amber colored. AROMA- caramel, berries, red plums, strawberry, touch of butter. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, caramel, butter, berries, spicy. Medium bodied. Not so good.

Bottle @ Duque Brewpub, Lisbon. Hazy amber red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and red fruit. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. BB date is August 2019, but this one feels old as well. 170718

F: big, tan, good retention. C: red/amber/coppery, hazy. A: caramel malty, toast, bread, red berries, bit citrus. T: malty, caramel, citrus, bready, toast, dry on the palate, ok for the style, enjoyed, medium body and carbonation, 33cl bottle from Noshi Coffee, R. do Carmo in Porto.

Ambar oscura, poca espuma blanquecina. Aroma ligero, agradablemente lupulado, herbal, en boca es muy agradabke y equilibrada. Dulcemente malteada, caramelo, miel y en el final contrapunto lupulado, frutal, uva... Bastante conseguida.

AROMA: medium oxidized hop aroma (dried grass), slight mettalic. low caramelized malt notes. APPEARANCE: ambar body and slightly hazy. medium-low ivory head with good retention. TASTE: medium oxidized hop flavor (dried grass), slight cardboard. low caramel sweet malt flavor. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: an american amber ale with storage problems.
