Wentersch Blondelle is een graag geziene gast. Haar soepele karakter maakt deze Blond een bier voor ieder moment.Verleidelijk als de glimlach van Marilyn Monroe en karaktervol als Al Pacino in The Godfather. Of op zijn Wentersch: net zo schilderachtig als de werken van Piet Mondriaan met de diepgang van de poëzie van Gerrit Komrij (beiden Winterswijkers). Wentersch Blondelle is verleidelijk fruitig, een tikkeltje zoet en heeft een licht bittertje. Wentersch Blondelle smaakt altijd, zeker in combinatie met asperges, pasta’s, gevogelte en romige kazen.

Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Malty floral aroma and flavor with a hint of citrus, Dry. Herbal. Very low on carbon. Yeasty finish. Decent.

33cl bottle from a trade with bierkoning. A almost clear dark golden beer with a big huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of moderate yeasty fruits, yellow fruits, wheat, belgian yeast. Taste of semi strong pale malt, yellow yeasty fruits, some grapes, hay, spicy bitter finish.

Bananig hefiger Geruch. Milde Süße, erhöhte Karbonisierung, alkoholische Nuancen. Trocken hefiger Mittelteil, dumpf bitter, kurzer Nachhall. Noch okay. 9/6/7/7/8/7

Bottle [from trade with RW80] @ home. Hazy yellow to slightly orange color, virtually no head. Very yeasty banana-ish aroma. Flavor has it too, very yeasty and banana-ish, quite sweet and some herbs or spices. Average body and carbonation. Drinkable, but it’s not better than your average homebrew imo.
