Salto Wit brings bright and citrusy aromas to the front, while skillfully balanced sweet notes underline soft and creamy mouthfeel. Organic wheat, Curaçao orange zest and coriander give this unfiltered, unpasteurized beer its basic character, and added herbs are accentuating its freshness.

Das letzte serbische Craftbier aus dem Balkan-Geschäft 🚚 auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße.
Auch wenn das MHD noch etwas gehalten hätte, hatte es schon einen leicht muffigen 😶‍🌫️ Touch.
Dabei war der leichte Körper 🌪 recht fein mit weihnachtlichen Gewürzen komponiert. Im ehemaligen Jugoslawien eines der bislang besten Witbiere 🌬 die ich hatte (sind halt auch nicht viele).

🇷🇸. Slightly sour and watery beginning. Easy to drink but easy fading. Sour, fruity, dry. Wit beer yeast in the back, not too round, a bit perfumed in the aftertaste, fast fading.

4,9% ABV. Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottled 330ml. -from Idea Supermarket Beograd. Hazy lemony yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, milky coriander nose. Milky coriander and mild lemony taste with touch of metal in the finish. Some subdued orange touch and heavy carbonation.

Tap. Yellow color with medium white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, hops. Very refreshing taste with wheat, spices, citrus hops.
