Mango Habanero Sour
For this treat, we forwent the kettle method in favour of some in-tank transformation courtesy of Lactic Magic: a yeast stain that turns sweet things sour. Then we threw some chili peppers in the fermenter with a healthy dose of mango puree because we can't help but o'erleap ourselves, especially when 33 Acres comes to town.

473ml can. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, mango, faint chili pepper and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, mango, orange, chili pepper and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart finish. Light to medium body with a watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. Well balanced and crushable, but needs more heat and not nearly sour enough. Slightly disappointed.
