Kräutriger Geruch. Säuerlicher Beginn bei eher geringer Kräutrigkeit. Fenchel, hohe Süffigkeit, weich. Anis. 9/11/9/11/10/10

Lambic vibes mixes perfectly here with absinthe notes. Really nice nose and front of funk and absinthe, no boozy or minty, slight licorice, what a fun blend

Corked and caged 375 ml bottle from the blendery, via delivery, 1/9/21. From the Temps Perdu: Adventuresome set. Bottled 9/10/19. Murky golden-orange color, white head. Funky, heavy wood, juniper. Some notes of running alcohol. Funky, a little tart. Bit of apple skin. Really interesting stuff.
