Ram Tam takes the celebrated Landlord profile and gives it a deeper, richer expression. Brewed from the same core recipe, it pours a ruby-brown colour with gentle notes of roasted malt, toffee and mature fruit.

Smooth, balanced and quietly complex, Ram Tam delivers a rounded finish without heaviness. It’s a great match for comfort foods like steak pudding, chocolate desserts or sticky toffee pudding – a darker beer that remains effortlessly drinkable.

Half pint. Filmy, beige head resting on a ruby-black body. Dark fruity nose. Flavour brings late orange notes mixed with malts and a moderate bitter tail. Suppable (well-kept cask at Bricklayers Arms, Putney, London 18.03.2008)
