Draft at Sommar, Waterloo Street. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a fresh, crisp, mineral, earthy, herbal, light sweet biscuit dough, tart grapefruit, guava, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
