Semi-dark, extra bitter yeast beer of the India Pale Ale type. It is a top-fermented beer that is hops cold from the Yakima Valley in Washington State. Citrus fruits stand out in the aroma. The balanced bitterness is very pleasant and typical of this beer style.
Malt: Weyermann Pale Ale, Münchner, Carared
Hops: Amarillo, Cold Hops Mosaic

Bottle [from Euro Swap 2016-1] @ home shared with Caesar. Clear orangy color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly floral, lightly some fruityness in the background and moderately bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Decent beer.

slightly opalescent dark golden to amber colour, minimal off-white head; aroma of slight citruses, caramel, bread, minimal resiny notes, maybe hints of dill; taste is similar to the aroma; nothing extra, or interesting, but still enjoyable

Tap at 100 piv. Seems stale, slightly sulphury. Not fresh nor refreshing. Also slightly too much body, with caramel cutting through the bitterness. Also some diacetyl as it warms up. Definitely not Kaltenecker’s best shot.

Tap at 100 piv. Dark orange golden color with thick white head. Citrus hoppy aroma with caramel malt. Citrus hops in aroma with herbal notes. Solid malty backbone. Good.
