MBCC 2023 Copenhagen, Blue Session. Hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of dry grassy and citrusy hops, tart grapes, funky tart finish.

Taster during MBCC 2023 Friday afternoon session shared with Ryan, Matt, Phill, and Erik. Lots of hops, funky, some acidity. Pretty good, but not sure about the idea of dry-hopping lambics.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright dry hopping and barnyard funk. Flavour is bright and funky, with lots of floral dry hopping, barnyard funk, and gentle citrus. Funky, nicely hopped and complex. Excellent.

Funky, sour and tart with some earthiness and grassy notes.

MBCC. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, citrus, wood and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 050523

2021 bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is peachy, lambic funk, grassy hops, nicely flowery. Taste is the same, decently bretty, wood, leather. Soft carbonation. Tasty!
