End of bottle sample No head left, hazy ochre-yellow beer. Lambic nose, sourish, lactic acid, farmyard odours. Sweeter lambic flavours, again some farmyard and leather, but all very subdued. Light acidthinning, low carbonation. A try-out for Sam. Quite nice, but I can't find the hops.

12/XI/21 - sample @ Billies Craft Beer Festival Day 1 (Waagnatie, Antwerp), BB: n/a (2021-1300) Thanks to the Brewver crew and other beer buddies for sharing today’s beers!
Cloudy blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, funky, floral, hoppy, lots of citrus, grapefruit, peppery, good brett, lovely. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity up front, bitter hops, bit dank, lots of citrus juicy, nice! Aftertaste: citrus, grapefruit, lemony, decent one!
