Huge flamingo pink head, slowly retreating over fully opaque cardinal-red beer. End of bottle solid inclusions. Vinous, cherrystones, paint, faint liquorice, ink. Even more vinous in the flavour. Sweet, but nowhere cloying, with a sourish, very fruity background. Cherries, red grapes, plums. Again, the liquorice can be detected, but it lends a deeper, complex. Finish is dry. Fruit-filled, slick, acidthinning in the finish. Good carbonation. Excellent, Sam! I'm surprised, seen the fact that as a rule, I don't like liquorice (-like) flavours in beer.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022, Friday Session. A clear orange golden colour. Aroma of mild tart apples and grapes. Taste of sour yellow fruits, grapes, apples.

Clear deep ruby beer, small creamy bit irregular pink head, stable. Aroma: nice, lots of grapes, berries, fruity, juicy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: dry, a bit spicy, lots of tannins, a bit sweet, lovely cherries, pleasant, dry and fruity finish. Aftertaste: cherries, spicy touch, a bit oxidized, very good, lovely beer!

Couleur pourpre vers le bordeau, col fin rosé.
Arôme est délicat avec de fins effluves vineux, petite touche épicée en rétro-nasal qui apporte un appui aux fruits - ici entre anisé/réglisse.

Palais est fin fruité délicat de la barrique - raisin et cerise noire, appui délicat de la réglisse qui vient relever la note finale tout comme la fin de bouche. Le tout reste assez sec en bouche voire râpeux avec un fini barriqué de vin.

0,75l from bottle at Night Shop, Brussels. Deep red color, small pink head. Smells grapes, tannins, marzipan, berry notes, spices. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of berry notes, grapes, licorice, marzipan, spices. Finishes light dry and lightly sour with notes of licorice, grapes and spices. Lovely, the Licorice works really really well. Lovely
