Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grapes, citric, grassy, herbal, stone fruits. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, stone fruits and herbal notes. 2019 vintage. 750mL bottle at Station 1280, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a real nice white grape must character upfront, with moderate barnyard funk, and a touch of acidity. Flavour is exquisitely complex, with bright white wine grape must, white wine, moderate barnyard funk, and dry oak. Finishes vinous, oaky, and tannic, while remaining light. Wonderful.
