MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A slightly hazy golden beer. Aroma of white grapes, brett, funk. Taste of sour apples, grapes, funk.

MBCC. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grapes, barnyard and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 230525

Droog, druif, hout, gelukkig niet zo vreselijk zuur als menig andere Bofkont, maar proeft wel alcoholisch, terwijl het maar 6% is. Funk, vrij wijnig allemaal

What a truly amazing beer. You just have to try it to understand.
Hazed golden pour and a fine head.
Good intensity in the aroma.
Very balanced acidity and sourness.
Fine carbonation level.
Grapes, citric, wood and flowery flavor.

Golden with a white head - Tart wood aroma - Tart malt and wood flavours - The tart flavours goes into the finish - This was good
