This IPA was brewed with flaked corn and rice to provide a lighter body and mouthfeel. We dryhopped with Waimea and Nelson Sauvin hops, providing lots of grapefruit, pomelo and tropical fruit on the nose. A clean finish with medium-light bitterness.
A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American IPA, showcasing modern American or New World hop varieties. The balance is hop-forward, with a clean fermentation profile, dryish finish, and clean supporting malt allowing a creative range of hop character to shine through.

Okay medium gold body and modest foam. Aroma is tangy pine, citrusy hops. Taste is a kind of muddy citrus hops, sweet with a bitter pine finish. Ends full, smooth, good oiliness. Decent enough but feels a little abrasive.
