Kettle soured Gose with added coriander and sea salt. We used grapefruit puree during secondary fermentation to bring you a light, tart and refreshing grapefruit Gose.
A highly-carbonated, tart and fruity wheat ale with a restrained coriander and salt character and low bitterness. Very refreshing, with bright flavors and high attenuation.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
No foam on a watery looking peachy gold body. Smells of soft fruitiness, vague tart grain. Taste is a nice floral grapefruit, tart grain, feels authentic. Ends crisp with lingering grain. Not a bad gose at all.
