A hybrid of styles; Belgian Wit and IPA! We used an American IPA recipe and fermented with a special yeast strain to provide a Belgian character to the beer. Dryhopped with Citra and New Zealand Moutere to provide lots of tropical and citrus fruit.
The White IPA is basically a marriage of two distinct beer styles; the American IPA with its high hop character and the Belgian Wit style with it’s refreshing spicy presence.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Good hazy light orange body and okay foam. Smells of nice papaya and pineapple. Taste is nice chalky papaya, some apricot, ending full and dry. Really nice, well balanced.
