Dit frisse fruitige biertje is gebrouwen door de dames van Rigters. Eva, Fleur, Merel, Milou en Minke dachten; wat de mannen van Rigters kunnen, kunnen wij ook! Na uren proberen, proeven en testbatches maken is LUST geboren! Een heerlijk fris witbier met Amerikaanse hopsoorten, citroenschil, vlierbloesem en een vleugje tijm.
Ingrediënten: water, gerstemout, hop, gist, vlierbloesemsiroop, tijm, citroenschillen, tarwevlokken.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale and minimally wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, floral overtones, a touch of elderflower. Taste is minimally grainy, pale and wheaty malty, slightly spicy and minimally yeasty fruity, a touch of bitter orange and elderflower, subtle sweetness, subtle tartness. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Nice variation of a Wit; lacks some body - OK.

Bottle. Golden color. Malt, thyme and a hint of citrus in the aroma. Totally dry soft citric flavor with well dosed thyme. Unusual bit very nice summer ale.

33cl bottle from a trade with bierkoning, thanks! A clear amber beer with a huge good lasting white head. Aroma of spicy hops, herbs, grapes. Taste of dry yeasty fruits, herbs, grapes, low bitterness, strange stuff!

Bottle at a tasting. Not your traditional witbier. The American hops, whatever they were, work interestingly in the base of this beer. Flowery, citrusy, zesty. Also grassy, slightly earthy. Well attenuated, yet perception of full body. Good one.

Bottle, kindly shared by Gurthnar, many thanks. Golden color with thick white head. Aroma is f biscuity malt, oranges, zest. Taste, biscuity malt, zest, spices, lemon., Belgian yeast.

Tap @ nsf16. Clear yellow with a small white head. Smells pizzadough, crackers. Tastes pizza, oregano, malts. Thin body, soft carbo.

Sampled @ Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival, Den Bosch 2016. Clear yellow golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, slightly citrus, some herbs or spices and a bit sweetish. Average body and carbonation. Hmm ok.
