pours a hazy pale amber with a medium white head and some lacing. sweetish aroma of caramel, herbal and woody hops, tobacco, melon, oranges. flavour of caramel, apricots, wood. slightly bitter finish. not bad, a bit like samuel adams or brooklyn lager.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours an amber color. Malty and biscuit aroma, light sweet with medium-light body.

Bottle from a local Rewe. The beer starts smooth and round. Nice malt caramel body, smooth and easy to drink. The bitterness is moderate, round with dry caramelly hints. Nice and fresh aftertaste, smooth caramel, soft malt and refreshing fresh character with not much bitterness. Quite dry. Very nice!

Bottle(purchsed at the nasty Wattenscheid real): Deep golden, hazy, loose and quite quickly collapsing white head; vegetables, metallic traces and a certain fruitiness in the nose, very faint - but still excisting - traces of aromatic hops, bready and grainy, too; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and at least soft; a bit more hoppier in the grainy-bitter finish. Not good, but far better than the usual swill from this part of Germany…

Leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig leicht süß malzig, dezent hopfig. Geschmack mild hopfig, getreidig malzig, trocken.
