Mielenkiintoinen kombinaatio.

Bottle. A big, dense, off-white head forms over an unclear, amber colored body. The aroma has caramel, pears and a generic fruityness, with some hay and grass. Rather effervescent, semi-dry and medium bodied. Fruityness, hay and pears and some caramel in the flavor, with a faint bitterness towards the end. Don’t know what they tried to brew here, but I’m sure they missed. 141024

A coppery beer with a huge and blond head. Aroma is interesting mix of sour earthyness and bread, also some berries, and apples. Taste is quite weird, bread, berries, tartness and dry chalk. Quite light to drink, high carbonation. The weird beer where is hard to find out what has been trying to brew. Bread, berries and slightly tart. Too messy.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20140724) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, molasses and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, molasses, earth, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A nice malty and mild brew.
