Lights out is a blend of Stouts aged in Heaven Hills barrels for 12 months. We finished It on over 20lbs of toasted coconut per barrel, resulting in a Stout bursting with coconut goodness. On the nose, aromas of coconut prevail, with undertones of rich dark chocolate and bourbon. On the palate, look for similar flavours to dominate along with notes of coffee, black licorice and vanilla on the finish.

Nov-12-2021. Vintage 2021. A taster shared with Alex (f@ck you COVID) during the 1st day of TS anniversary. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: tons of coconut with some berries character. Taste: along the same lines, looks on the thinner side than it used to be. Overall: still good. Nov-27-2022. Vintage 2022. 12oz can (thx Alex for the pick-up!) @ 🏡 Appearance: dark brown with a quickly disappearing dark beige head. Aroma: loads of nice toasted coconut with dark caramel and brown sugar notes. Taste: along the same lines, quite thick, loads of coconut and chocolate in the finish accompanied with a bit of bitterness and light alcohol warmth. Overall: very nice. 9-4-8-4-17=42
