For the final Cultured Club exclusive release of 2019, we bring you Endemic Species. This beer was named after the only penguin found North of the Equator: The Galápagos Penguin! This lil guy is endemic to the Galápagos Islands, meaning that it’s found in no other place on Earth. Enjoy this beer fresh for an intense cinnamon, whiskey & blueberry blast, or age it for a more mellow & melded flavor profile.

Bottle shared at Brad & Janna's Ferndale Farewell. Pours a dark purple to black with a tiny bit of off-white head that dissipates. Lovely cinnamon and blueberry skin aromas on the nose. Rye whiskey as it warms with oak, blueberry skin and fruit and more cinnamon on the palate. Finishes with a touch of vanilla and more blueberry and cinnamon & rye whiskey notes. Great stuff!

Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours a a cloudy copper red with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dry tart cherry and raspberry with a hint of cinnamon underlying. Flavor has an interesting combination of cinnamon and tart cherry with a raspberry bite growing.
