We've given our much loved American Pale Ale the cryo hop treatment! Still the wonderfully refreshing Mosaic hopped beer we all know and love, but with all those delicious tropical and stone fruit flavours given an extra boost. Mosaic has been added in leaf, T90 and cryo hop form, resulting in an aromatic beer with a zesty, bitter finish

Can. Mitchell’s Wines Sheffield. Murked up deep orange gold. Just off white foam of quite loose bubbles. Nose has that sweaty slipper cryo hop thing. Oats. Strawberry lolly. Citrus peel. Taste has a lip sticking sweetness with a hefty punch of pithy, piny bitterness. Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation. Lingering pithy bitterness to finish. Decent.
