We wanted to get back to the root of our hazy beers we did when we started out. So we did a classic hop combo of Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic and went from there... Start off with a delicate aroma of lemon meringue followed by a soft pillowy cushion of grapefruit with a soft underlining boozy hit.

About 100ml draught at Oslo Craft Beer Festival, blue session. Unclear grey-yellow body, pearl white head, fair lacing. Promising grapefruit on the nose. Citrus taste as well, lemon and grapefruit can be spotted, hints of mango, lightly spiced. A piney note to a decent bitter finish. Pleasing. (Oslo 07.05.2022).
