Herb würziger Beginn mit geringer Malzigkeit. Im Mittelteil steigert sich die Würzigkeit, süß herb, süffig. Etwas brotig und bitter, rund. 10/9/10/10/10/10

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Bready, slightly muggy, bready-yeasty aroma, a tart-ish touch. Taste is bready with a nuttily touch, subtle sweetness, some husk. Very nice, malt-accented taste.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht dunkel orangegelbes mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, leicht würzig. Geschmack malzig würzig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home.Clear medium to light dark amber orange color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, grain, hay, straw, pale malt, keller. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, grain, straw, sugary malt grain - cereals. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140110]

Bottle: Light amber coloured, hazy, big lacy quickly collapsing off-white head, fruity-toasty nose with a shy touch of yeast in the background; moderate sweet flavour, only a light bitterness detectable; sweet grainy finish with a very faint bitterness in the aftertaste. A tad too sweet, but not bad at all...
