Flaska från 3F. Disig varm bärnstensfärgad vätska med fluffigt skum. Stor du lambicdoft med omogna persikor, kvitten och stall. Ganska strama tanniner och relativt komplex för en fruktlambic. Dessutom ganska stram beska i eftersmaken. Så lite svårflörtad men belöningen är värd det. Mycket gott

Bottle: Poured a golden color lambic with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some barnyard notes and some tart quinces notes. Taste is also a mix of funky barnyard notes with some quinces and a trta/slightly acidic finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but maybe a tad more acidic than I would have liked.

Bottle at Sovereign: pours orange with white head. Aroma is quinces, funk, lemon. Taste is sour, light fruitiness. Delicate, subtle, but understandable from an overt perspective. Excellent.

Bottle split at L6 tasting, thanks to Danny, 02/03/23. Moderately hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to the edge. Nose is big pissy citric shreds, funk, damp cloth, hay bale, vinous. Taste comprises tarte fruit esters, green berry must, funk, dry rot, herb, light spice, damp straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a noted acidic rise. Tidy but not from 3F's top drawer.
