Deze krachtige en fruitige appelcider is gemaakt met een Saison-gist, wat maakt dat dit een toegankelijke cider is met een zeer herkenbaar appel-aroma en subtiele farmhouse-geur. Deze cider bevat aardse en licht bittere tonen. Een deel van deze cider is op eiken whisky- en rode wijn-vaten gerijpt, wat de cider body geeft.

Sample thanks to minutemat, cheers Mat! Golden colour, thin white head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweet and tart, apple, fleshy, acetic funk hint, yeast, with some drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazed golden yellow. Aroma of sweet apple pie filling. Flavour profile seems to produce a desert apple sweetness, apple pie, some fleeting vanilla moments, waxy elements, distant wild notes. Ok.

Bottle at Nevel Bar, golden colour, no head. Aroma is yeast, apple, light .. funk/dank?. Taste is the same, apple, yeast, light sweet, quite fizzy. Not bad actually

Hazy straw blond with no head. Aroma and flavour have a yeasty note of home made wine. Funky, corky. Fresh and very easy to drink. Light carbonation.
