Musty aroma of malt, overripe fruits, prunes, berries, "roosvicee", oaky notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate sour. Lovely ripe fruit-y aroma.

Tap @ de Prael at Carnivale 2015, medium sample. Beer is from last year and has matured for a year. Aroma of red fruit, slight tart lactic acid, bit oak, vinous, slight caramel. Like a typical flemish red. Soft to medium sourness in taste. Quite smooth. Has improved a lot since last year. Pretty good stuff!

Sampled from tap @ In de Wildeman. Clear red-brown color, average sized beige head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly hops, slightly sourish, indeed brett nicely mixed in there. Quite nice.

Tap @ In De Wildeman (Brettfest 2014). Clear brown with a red hue. Uneven off white to beige head. Aroma’s: fruit, berries, caramel sweetness (a bit like fruitella actually). Sweet/sour, fruit, sweets and hint of brett retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet’n’sour, a bit roasted malt. Medium bodied. Not half bad.
