A style that we love and is a fundamental part of our DNA, so we wanted to revisit it and answer the question: “How do you brew a fabulous West Coast Pale Ale?” The answer is pretty simple - you take a native Californian, who learned to brew in California during the craft beer boom, refresh his memory by immersing him back in the sun and suds, get the right ingredients, and let the magic happen.
Pine, citrus, bitterness, a bit of sunshiny colour. We are true believers of the style, and this beer will make you one too.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy golden orange pour with a white head. Nose is orange marmalade, apricot jam. Taste is an amalgamation of the above. Sharp hoppy bite.
