Taster at Old Town Pub in Bordentown. Honey gold pour. Creamy white head. Bready malt aroma hints at grassy hops. Flavor is smooth and righteous. Soft biscuity malt, light citrus and herbal hops. Excellent balance and flavor. Well done.

Taster at Tap It, in Indian Land, SC. It pours a crystal clear yellow color with a white head and good retention. Great lacing too. Nice pilsner malt aroma. This is a nice, sweet pilsner with just a touch of sharpness in the finish. Overall, it's mellow and sweeter than most pilsners. It's smooth and clean and very easy to drink. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness.

Brewery draught, 9/19/24. Clear, bright golden-brass. Small, white head, steadily to ring. Floral and wet grass-like hops with honey and dough-like malts easily balancing. Lingering pepper. Clean. Very soft, doughy, bit sweet and sluggish on the finish. More ale-like than lager-like. Bitter, grassy hops. Clean.

5 oz draft. Flavor has a good malt backbone. Showing honey, straw with a very mild mineral character. Soft bitterness to balance. Crisp texture with a clean finish. Well made for the style. Certainly not gonna do a backflip about it.

Pours clear gold into a stein. Bright white head with good retention recedes to hug rim. Cracked malt and hay aromas. Medium bodied with citrus and hay upfront turning to earthy wet grass in the medium length finish.
