Perp Cognito is the same base grist of pale barley and gobs of sticky malted oats found in Perpetual Fog. Hopped in the kettle with Citra and Simcoe and amplified further with the help of Citra Incognito. An innovative hop oil packed full of terpenes and precious aromatic oils. A concentrated punch of hop flavor. Fermented with our favorite fruity British ale strain. We then double dry hop this with even more Citra and a dash of Simcoe.

Notes of juicy starburst, peach rings, citrusy orange oil and a dash of tropical hash. Finishing with a delicate kiss of bitterness to keep everything in balance.
