Australian IPA je zvrchu kvasený, nefiltrovaný a nepasterizovaný špeciál. Na výrobu boli použité chmele z Austrálie Galaxy a Vic Secret. Toto austrálske duo dodáva pivu citrusovo-kvetinovú arómu. Na chuť je pivo chmeľové, citrusové a jemne sladké s výraznou horkou koncovkou.

750ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Piney, resinous and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, notes of pineapple, some lemon, a touch of orange peel, marmalade, yellow stone fruit. Taste is bitter, resinous, piney and slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, pale and caramel malty basis with low residual sweetness and a touch of peanut, hints of woody pineapple, some lemon, grapefruit, grapefruit rind, orange peel, marmalade, weak tartness, very weak yeasty funky overtones; lingering, bitter and minimally mineral finish.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and minimally greasy, simultaneously dry palate, medium to fine, dense, almost creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Crisp, bitter, refreshing- nice.

75cl bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a big off-white head. Aroma of pine, resinous bitter hops and caramelized malt. Taste of resinous hops, pine, butterscotch, caramel, long bitter finish.

750ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Mango, pine, orange and peach in the aroma. Fruity and pleasantly bitter taste with orange, grapefruit, marmalade and mango detected. The finish is bitter, fruity and with a faint hint of bready spice. An enjoyable IPA.

75cl bottle (6,2%) from Yeme (Tomasikova street) in Bratislava. F: huge, white, long lasting. C: gold, light hazy. A: orange, grapefruits, bit citrus floral, tropical fruits touch. T: medium to full malty base, orange, grapefruits, bit onion effect, caramel, long lasting harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, very nice for the style, fully enjoyed.

On tap at Damián. Clear golden color with medium white head showing good retention. Aroma: juicy hoppy aroma of papaya, passion fruit, tangerine. Taste: tangerine, mango, resin, crystal malt, quite dry. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Drinkable with hops nicely pronounced.
