Jde o světlý a dobře pitelný ejl s vyváženou hořkostí a lehkým květinovo-citrusovým aroma. Uvařený a nachmelený pouze ze surovin vypěstovaných v naši krásné zemi. Inspirováno stylem American Pale Ale, ale s českým charakterem. Amerika po česku, to je Čekhound.
Chmel: Cascade(CZ), Kazbek, Premiant.

Tap at Zil verne. Med-light body, med-low carbonation. Otherwise quite good beer, hops centered. Light caramelly maltiness, very lightly buttery, and moderate general fruity hoppiness. Good.

Tap at Žil Verne. Grassy notes in aroma. Taste is medium bitter with same grassy notes and sort of hoppy presence. Dry finish. Okay.

0.75l bottle. Hopy aroma, tangerine, strawberry, orange. Hazy amber color, white head. Hopy taste, light malty notes, tangerine, strawberry, resin, light sweet notes, medium bitter. Medium to full body, slick to oily texture, soft carbonation and fresh fruity bitter finish. Very good.
