8/8/8/12/11/11

(bottle) Cloudy, light-brown colour with a medium-sized and slightly beige foamy head. Sweet and slightly toasted (wheat-)malty aroma with notes of dried fruits, mildly spicy phenols and a tinge of metal. Sweet flavour with hints of sourish tartness, medium to full bodied with a rather soft carbonation. Slightly toasted malt-character with fruity and wheaty notes, slightly ashy/burnt taste with notes of caramel; moderately sweet and sour-tart finish with a well-integrated alcohol. 04.IV.11
