Cooperation with Beermalade. Toto Gose nebude svetlé ako poznáte, ale bude to tmavé gose-čko, ktoré sme ešte obohatili o egreše. Samotné Gose je pivo pôvodom z Nemecka z oblasti Goslar. Je to štýl piva, ktorý sa radí medzi „kyseláče“, hlavný slad je pšenica a oproti Berliner Weisse štýlu je tam ešte pridaná soľ. Horkosť v tomto pive je minimálna. Jeho história siaha až do 13. storočia, takže nejedná sa o úplnú novinku medzi pivnými štýlmi. Preto sme sa rozhodli dať tomuto pivu „dezertný rozmer“, nech vás počas horúcich letných dní má čo osviežiť.

75cl bottle from Beermalade donated by Cuso, many thanks man and tasted as my beer #6000. F: huge, tanned, long lasting head. C: black, opaque. A: roasted malts, cocoa, coffee, chocolate, bit gooseberries, plums touch. T: almost medium malty base, chocolate, bit coffee, roasted tones, bit gooseberries, light sour fruity, dry on the palate, medium carbonation, very nice balanced and refreshing beer, fully enjoyed.

Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, coffee, cocoa, gooseberries, light to medium sour and bitter. Medium body, malty coffee bitter sweet finish. Ok.

Garden party at Rusovce. Fully malty, moderate deep coffeeish roast, light astringncy. The gooseberry contributes a bit to the med-light astringency too, med-light gooseberry character. Quite clean, easy drinking, very good.

Bottle from Pivný raj Pours black with beige head. Kinda yeasty nose. Low sourness, salty, barely any chocolate, fresh fruity feel. Good.
