Bottle from Hniezdne (Northern Spis County) finisz w slowackiej wlasnej beczce (Single Barrel) daje tu sporo zametu i sprawia ze piwo jest nieco inne niz klasyczne bawarskie pszeniczne. Metne, brudne, ciasteczkowo drozdzowe, opiekane banany, pewna dymnosc, pewnie beczka, wanilia, rowniez od drewna, nieco kwaskowe, a piana szalona i trwala, niczym glupota w wypowiedziach pewnego bylego ministra spraw zagranicznych.

Das Weizen ist das nächste Bier der Nestville-Brauerei, das ich trinke. Und diesed schmeckt mir auch nicht. Es hat einige schlne Fruchtnoten, aber diese gehen in einer Suppe von Getreide unter und hinten raus vermag ich etwas Eierspeise zu vernehmen. Netter Versuch, aber nicht wirklich schmackhaft.

Bottle from the brewpub. Surprisingly nice weizen. Bananas, clove, coriander, spicy feel. Just like it should be. Nice

Murky yellow with medium white creamy head. Aroma: banana, yeast, cloves. Taste: smooth and velvety with banana and cloves. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, mild bitterness. Drinkable and tasty.

Bottle at a Beermalade tasting. High carbonation, moderate body. Med-light sourness, which is also a product of the yeast, no infection. Rather phenolic character than estery, with cloves coming much higher than banana, even though both are present. Only light caramelly maltiness. Overall easy drinking, good one. I like it.

Bottle. Yelllow color with thick white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, clove. Taste, strong wheat, banana, clove. Nice beer.

V pivovare. Vôňa výrazná, pšeničná, kyselkastá. Medová farba a hustá pena. Chuť kyselkavá a výrazne ovocnomedovosladká.
