From fass at the brauhaus
Beautiful dark chestnut color with ice creamy and persistent head. Aroma of caramel, biscuits, but also light esters and paper, it seems a bit off. The mouthfeel is quite dry, the flavor is just dark caramel, with more roastiness appearing later, and correct bitterness.

Tap at the brewpub 27/8/13. Amber / copper colour with a sticky white head. Some lace. Neutral aroma, slight hop. Flavour is staled nutty malt, mineral water profile, sweetish. Light oxidation below-par alt.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark brown wi a small tan head. Aroma is breadish and toasted malt. Raher bitter, dry roasted and breadish. Sbdued yeasty note. Bitter and dry roasted malty finish.

Herb-malziger Beginn, der nach kurzer Zeit cremig-karamellig wird. Hinter dem Malz ist wenig Frucht und eine deutliche Herbe. Mit richtiger Temperatur (im Brauhaus zu kalt serviert) vollmundig, wenig karamellig zum Ende, dafür noch herber. 11/11/10/11//10
