getrunken als Gose mit Nelson Sauvign und 5,2% Eine eher weinlastige Gose, die mit ordentlichen Tönen nach Weißwein🥂 und fruchtiger Traubennote 🍇 kommt. Sehr untypisch, aber angenehm spritzig 💧 zu trinken. Ein Bier das den Spagat zwischen Wein und Bier 🤸‍♂️recht gut hinbekommt.

Tap at Salon piva. Yellow color with white head. Sourness in very nice and pleasant, light yeast, lemony notes, oranges, salt. Nice one.

Tap at Salon Piva 04/2022. Sourish aroma and taste, wheat, lemon notes, light to medium sour. Light to medium body, sour wheaty finish. Ok.
