Bottle. Dark amber color. Hints of plum in the aroma. Soft sour flavor. Plums, floral notes, cherry. Hint of oak. No layers of complex flavors and aromas, which I expected. But nice to drink

650ml bottle. Clear, ruby red colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Spicy, dry and tart-ish aroma, minimally biting hints of vinegar, grapes and berries. Taste is slightly tart, minimally dry oily woody, minimally fruity, hints of red berries, blue grapes, a spicy vinegar touch, subtle sweetness. Virtual soft and oily palate takes a churning effect due to the almost lively carbonation. Rather boring with the one single highlight of Red Cypress, providing a very nice, mild, oily woody touch.
