(Draught at Uiltje Craft Beer Bar, Haarlem, 17 July 2024) Cloudy dark yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, pineapple, peaches, spices and candy sugar. Fruity, spicy taste with dried fruit, pineapple, candy sugar and a mild spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced tripel. Quite nice.

Süffiger, cremig hefiger Beginn. Leicht cremig, kräutrig, milde trockene Herbe. Hefig-alkoholisch im Mittelteil, spritzig, mittellanger Abgang - nicht schlecht! 9/10/9/9/7/9

Thuis uit een flesje, gekocht op Texel. Amberkleur, weinig schuim. Zwak aroma. Smaak licht kruidig, lichtzoet. Geen bijzondere tripel.

Murky golden with a very thin white head. Malty aroma with some cooked cabbage. Sweet aroma with a low bitter finish. Sub par undercarbonated tripel.

@home poured into a shaker. Hazy medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma medium sweet and bitter, sweet malt, caramel, hint of honey. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, brown sugar, underlying lingering roastiness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, caramel notes, tasty, well-crafted strong blond ale, not a tripel, nice effort.

Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, dry malts, bready, grainy, straw, bitter, earthy, leathery, corn, tea wryness, hint of strawberries, light sourness. Medium body and light carbonation. It’s drinkable, but that doesn’t mean I’ll finish it.

Fles gekregen van RobvdB, geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een kruidige wat fruitige geur. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet en fruitig met een kruidige afdronk.

Fles 33cl in Terherne. Sinaasappel, haver, koriander, zoetig, honing, caramel, metaalsmaakje, wat fizzy, wat kruidig, yeasty, kruidnagel. (2-9-2020).

Niet super goed, maar was wel een leuke vakantie daar. Smaakt een beetje wrang op de een of andere manier. Richting het zure.
