Zbożowe ale nie brzeczkowe, ziemiste, żółte owoce, trochę kremowości, może cytrusy. Barwa jasnozłota, piana redukuje się do niskiej, delikatny lacing. Goryczka średnia do wysokiej, ziemista, zestowa, trochę tępawa. Ogólnie całkiem spoko, wyróżnia je solidna goryczka która dość długo się utrzymuje.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21A adapted: non-alcoholic). Can 50 cl - Batch U10 (BB: 02.02.2014). AROMA: medium musty aroma combined with medium-low to low hops (pine). APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and just slightly hazy. medium-low white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low hop notes (pine, grapefruit, green-fresh), slight estery fruitiness (peach) followed by medium-low sweet beer must flavor. slight cereal husk. medium-high to high bitterness. finishes semi-sweet and bitter that persists and masks the sweetness. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a non alcoholic IPA with some beer must flavor and sweetness that tries to hide it with high bitterness. Passable.
