Bottle at a tasting with RB boys. Lots of raspberry character, along with the small pits and associated tartness, crossing into astringent territory lightly. This combines with med-high bitterness in a weird way. The bitterness comes across as rough, grassy, vegetal. There is med-light syrupy sugary sweetness. I also get med-light rotten fruits. It seems to me like the base beer is not clean at all and raspberries, while good by themselves, have been dumped in to cover some accident. Overall unbalanced, unharmonious.

Tasted @ BBT 07/2021. Hazy pale golden color with high white head. Aroma: rich in raspberries, sweetish, light yeasty. Taste: sweetish, raspberries recognizable, bit of strange bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied, high carbonation, moderate bitterness. Not the smoothest piece
