Bottle. Malty and light acidic aroma and taste, honey, sour apples, barrel wood, light caramel notes, light sweet and sour, light to medium bitter. Medium to full body, malty sour finish with honey and wooden notes and warming alcohol notes. Good.

Tap at 100 piv. Thin body, but perceived fuller due to light sweetness, caramel, sherry. Moderate carbonation. Moderate funk, satisfyingly complex, light acetic, light horsey barn. Light sourness. Bitter herbal character climbs up in the finish. Very enjoyable, smooth and complex sipper.

Bottle from the brewery eshop. Pours clear amber. Decent sourness, plum feel, high voltage is more than apparent. Actually has a clear character of proper kopaniciarska. I like how this blends together.

Bottle from Hellstork's Winter Drop box. Deep golden color with medium white head. Yeasty, spicy, caramel, vinous notes in aroma. Taste, spice, wood, floral, notes, wood, spirit. burning alcohol. Good.
