Bottle, 6.4%. Dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel and bread. Flavour is malt, caramel, bread, medium sweet, little metallic, little hop and a little bitter.

bottle from mein-biershop. Clear brown colour, mid-sized off-white head. Malty with caramel, roasetd malts and a shy touch of chocolate, quite mild overall.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts strong, but not as strong as exspected. Mild malty, not alcoholic. Finish spicy, surprisingly hoppy. Unusual bock.

Clear copper colour. Flat carbonation, slightly sweet and malty in the beginning, becomes increasingly bitter towards the end.

Aroma is sweetish with malt, some chocolate and hints of alcohol. Flavour is sweet with lots of malt, some chocolate and hints of raisins. Too sweet.

Bottle from mein-biershop.de. Dark brown color with small white head. Fruity aroma with hints caramel, roasted malt. Taste, caramel, honey, roasted malt, dark fruit. Light bitterness in alcoholic finish. Good.

Bottled. Deep amber colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild fruity and berryish notes. Flavour is malts, some fruits, quite bitter, but at the same time sweet raisins and alcohol in it.

50 cl bottle thanks to oh6gdx! BB 27 05 12. Sampled on February 24, 2012.Clear brown color, fairly big lasting tan head. Sweet, sugary, licorice, malty taste. Sweet, malty, grainy taste. Medium to a bit moussy mouthfeel, medium low bitterness. Some warming alcohol.

Auch der dunkle Bock der Brauerei ist nicht gerade der stärkste seiner Art, mild malzig, cremig, auf niedriger Intensität vollmundig. Wenig süß und herb, wie auch beim Hellen im Abgang twas intensiver, von einem echten Bock ist das Bier aber dennoch noch einiges entfernt. Zu schwach für meinen Geschmack. 11/8/9/8/12/8

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, toasted - caramel, malty, light alcohol. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, sweet malt, sweet english licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20110307]
