(bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a mid-sized off-white foamy head. Dark and toasty malty aroma with caramel, nutty notes and a shy touch of herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate to light carbonation. Toasty malty taste with residual sugars and hints of caramel; quite sweet and mildly toasted malty finish with traces of herbal hops. 18.VIII.10

Bottle: Clear, amber coloured, smaller lacy off-white head; caramelly and fruity nose with distinctive hoppy edges; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied for a Bock; sugary-caramelly, but also slight hoppy finish. O.K., quite well balanced Bock......
