Citrusfrukt i kombination med surt och salt för tankarna till en drink, men gör också att ölet fungerar förvånansvärt bra till många olika maträtter.

Can at Poppels online tasting, Beermalade. Hazy golden with huge white head. Aroma of citrus with lime, lemon, salt. Taste is citrusy salty, has lemon and lime, light acidic sourness in finish. Good.

Hazy pale golden color with high white head. Aroma: salty, sour citrus notes. Taste: Salt, lacto sourness, citrus - lime, unripe orange. Light body, moderate carbonation. Interesting piece.

Tap at the brewery, Jonsered. Margarita, lemons and chemicals (but not unpleasant ones). Yellow gold. Salty dairy taste like Ayran. Leafy ending. Lemon finish. Its alright.
