330ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with weak ruby shimmer and small to average, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and minimally nutty and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of malt lozenge, hints of nougat, milk chocolate, caramel. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, minimally nutty and chocolately, dark malty, initially slightly sugary hints of caramel, later more chocolately, hints of nougat as well, some roast.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice malt composition, fairly multifacettet, maybe a tad too sugary - not bad.

Fläschla: Deep chestnut-amber coloured, firm and stable off-white head, mild metallic traces in the dryish toasty-bitter nose; a certain fruityness is detectable underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied, pretty soft; dryish fruity and malty-bitter finish with some hops in the aftertaste. Reasonable franconian quality...
